NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act, 1972 that Mr Liam Holmes has ceased to be a Member for the Resolven North Ward of Resolven Community Council, and that 1 casual vacancy therefore exists in the Office of Community Councillor.
If, within fourteen (working) days after the date of this Notice, a request for an election to fill the said vacancy is made in writing to:-

By TEN electors from the community ward an election will be held to fill the vacancy; otherwise, the vacancy will be filled by the Council.
