The minutes of the last Monthly Meeting held on Thursday 24th January 2019 were confirmed as a true record.
Matters Arising
Project Planning
A timetable will be drawn up showing the proposed projects with the timelines for funding and completion – ongoing
Code of Conduct Training
A proposal to hold Code of Conduct training at the centre was accepted in principle.
The cost of the course is £399 plus expenses, it was agreed to contact other Community Councils in the area, to see if they would like to participate.
No response from other councils – postponed for present time
Membership of One Voice Wales
The letter for annual subscription to One Voice Wales has been received for the coming year. It was agreed to continue with membership following approval by the full council
Wales Air Ambulance
A request for a donation has been received. The council’s policy is only to donate to local charities, therefore this was not approved.
