Finance Meeting
The Finance Meeting was held in the Community Hall on Thursday 15th February 2018

Prior to the meeting the Chairman formally acknowledged the passing of
Cllr Redvers Davies a highly respected member of this Council. He will be greatly missed.
The minutes of the last Monthly Meeting held on Thursday 18th January 2018 were confirmed as a true record.
Matters Arising
Christmas lights – We are still waiting for the bill for the lights.
Multi Gym – Grant funding will be applied for through various organisations. The suggestion put forward was to apply to NPT Minor Projects 60% – Pen Y Cymoedd 30% and Ffynon Oer 10%
Benches at Ty Banc – the committee recommends the purchase of the benches and that they be stored until such time as a decision is made where to put them
Date of next meeting to be agreed at the next full Council meeting in March
