18/26 Clerks report and matters arising–
10/26 Councillor vacancy- There has been no application for an election, therefore the vacancy will be filled by co-option.
19/26 Covid 19 National Day of Reflection March 8th 2026
Members of the Community Council would like to recognise this event and will place a wreath of remembrance on the Co-Vid 19 stone
20/26 Wales Auditors report.
Wales auditors report was read and accepted by the members.
21/26 New equipment for the park
The parks committee will resume to discuss new equipment for the parks.

OVW – IMPORTANT FW: Publication of the Annual Remuneration Report 2026–27 Sub committee reports – Finance/Parks The monthly finance report signed New Cllr K. Hammond has been assigned to the Finance committee, and Cllr V. Fuller has been assigned to the parks committee 24/26. Chairmans Report The Chair recently enjoyed a cup of coffee during a visit to the library and was very impressed by the staff and the valuable work they carry out on a voluntary basis. The library is always looking for new volunteers to help keep its doors open, so if you have a couple of hours to spare, please consider paying a visit and offering your support. 25/26. Councillors reports A request was received via Cllr R. Coulter for the Community Council to apply for a grant on behalf of a group of volunteers working on the local canal. Following discussion, the request was declined as the Council does not have the statutory powers required to submit such an application. There have been 2 falls due to a broken kerb at the library. NPT will be contacted to repair Cllr Trefor Jones attended a meeting with One Voice Wales his report states “ It was very much a routine meeting though much better attended, but the saga of the |
