The minutes of the last monthly meeting held on Thursday 10th October 2019 were accepted as a true record.
Precept – The proposed precept for the next financial year was discussed and a rise of 5% was proposed. This was agreed by the full Council and the budget for the year 20/21 will be £54,933
Financial Reports –
The accounts to 31/10/19 were presented and approved.
Caretaker / Cleaner Salary –
The salary increase of 5% was agreed by the full council
Reserve Account –
A proposal to sweep all outstanding balances at the end of the financial year to the reserve account was discussed. This will be taken to the full council.
A proposal to suspend committees meetings to February 2020 was agreed..
