- 101/25 – Leaf Blower: Purchase delayed until Spring.
- 102/25 – Resolven Bowls: Meeting to be arranged in the New Year.

This item remains ongoing.
113/25 Installation of Hand Dryers
Members agreed to proceed with installation.
114/25 Repair of Outside Lights
Members agreed to request repairs to the outside lights when the electrician attends to install the hand dryers.

Finance:
- Budget forecast and precept discussion postponed pending the outcome of grant funding for the 3G pitch.
- Monthly finance report attached to minutes.
Parks:
- Bowls Club Subscriptions: Following a review, subscription rates—unchanged for many years—will be increased to:
- £70 for members under 65
- £40 for members over 65
117/25 Chair’s Report
The Chair and Vice Chair wished the Clerk and all Members a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and expressed thanks for their hard work throughout the year.
118/25 Councillors’ Reports
- Members expressed their thanks to the Clerk for her work organising the recent Remembrance Service.
- Cllr N. Francis reported that Ms Karen Thomas has been appointed as the new Head Teacher at Ynysfach School.
- A request by Rhyannon Smith who has a craft class at the library to address the Council was agreed. She will be invited to the next meeting on 8th January 2026.
