The Minutes of the Meeting held on Thursday 5th June 2025 were accepted as a true record

The Clerk’s report was presented to the members; there were no matters arising
64/25 A request for a donation of £300 towards the Tournamnet on 3rd August at the Bowls Clubs
This event has become a premier bowls competition in the Welsh calendar due to the condition of the green and many players and spectators will be there.
Resolved to agree donation of £300
65/24. A request for a donation from Carnival committee to fund an item
Despite the weather the carnival was yet again a success and the members agreed to a donation of £300.

66/25 Purchase of hand blowers for all community council toilets
Due to the increasing cost of paper towels and their general misuse a proposal to install
electric hand blowers was agreed. The items will be sourced and purchased in due course.

67/25 Resolven AFC using electricity for inflatable dart board at the carnival
Following discussion this item was also agreed.

Parks Committee – No meeting in June – The major project for the next 2years is the new 3g pitch, providing we are able to obtain funding, therefore it will be general maintenance only in all the parks until such time as we are able to go ahead
