The minutes of the last Monthly Meeting held on Thursday 20th September 2018 were confirmed as a true record.
Cllr N. Francis has been confirmed as project Manager to assist in new funding. Cllr Francis will research areas of funding for future projects.
Training for new councillors on Code of Conduct to be arranged

Storage at park for Resolven Events committee
A quote has been received of £570 for the clearing of an area for the storage container for the Resolven Events Committee. Members proposed that the community council would pay for this instead of giving grant funding to the carnival over the next 2 years.
The Clerk advised that under health and safety rules a nappy bin and sacks should be provided for the toddlers play group. These have now been purchased at a price of £38
A request for a heater for the office was agreed.
The park keeper finished full time duty on 31st October 2018 and will continue through the winter working 2 days per month and will recommence full time on 1st March 2019
